That's right! At the behest of the multitudinous good ideas ever-flowing from the head of Ant, we of the Crazy Rogue Network have decided to start a Kickstarter!
What is a Kickstarter, you may ask? Kickstarter is a website that utilizes the concept of crowdfunding. Without going into nitty-gritty details, crowdfunding is a method of providing financial support for people with projects and ideas who need money to get said projects and ideas going. Who needs financial support for a project or an idea? WE DO! Dear readers, frequent or otherwise, we're sure that you've noticed that the updates around here aren't nearly as frequent as your reading. Upon returning to Washington, Ant and I haven't so much lost our drives to write, rather we've found ourselves caught up in the turmoil of eking out an existence in the onslaught of some weird thing called "normal life". I feel like this should go without saying, but it's really a lot of work to write these stories. We know no one would ever know the difference, but we try really hard to make sure they are as accurate as possible to what we experienced. This says nothing of the literary editing, photo editing, and website-building that goes on after the creative aspect of the stories is finished.
So what we're getting at is this: we need help to finish these stories in order to fill out the missing pieces of our journeys. We need financial help to deal with normal life that keeps getting in our way, and more importantly we need motivational help to get us moving. Part of the Kickstarter involves providing gifts for those who pledge certain amounts of money, and knowing that there are people waiting on us to get these stories done and that we have to make good on our promises, we will most assuredly get our butts glued in our computer chairs in front of our keyboards mashing out the required text to do so!

Our goal is to raise $5,000. The Kickstarter is all-or-nothing. If we don't reach our goal, you get your money back. If we do reach it, we keep the money and our feet our held to the fire to finish our stories!
